Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Respond to residential and commercial service calls
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical support
- Accurately document service work and repairs using company tablet
- Follow all company safety procedures and HVAC industry standards
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment responsibly
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years field experience required
- Installation experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Must provide own hand tools
