We are looking for caring and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to join our Rehab Team!

Responsibilities for Speech Language Pathologist :

• Develop and implement an individualized treatment plan based on patient assessment/needs for any speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing disorders

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to identify and solve patient needs while providing quality care

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

• Maintain positive interaction with patients, families, and caregivers while providing education and instruction for communication and swallowing disorders

• Consults with and educates ancillary staff on speech and swallowing topics, such as communication strategies, speech and language stimulation, and swallow safety.

Qualifications for Speech Language Pathologist :

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited therapy program and Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA

• Holds a current license for the state of Delaware

• Current CPR certificate

• Requires good organizational and time management skills
