Blender

IMKO and our industrial client have openings for Blenders. In this position, the Blender operates and monitors plant machinery and raw material mixing systems to blend raw clay, or chemical additives for brick and stone manufacturing.

Requirements of the Blender

Run Mixing Tanks, Blenders, Grinders, automated control systems

Weigh and measure the brick according to the specific recipe

Collect Material samples during processing cycle and deliver them to testing labs for approval

Inspect blending and feeding mechanisms daily, performing minor adjustments or assisting maintenance teams with repairs

Keep areas clean and clear of debris and comply with OSHA and interna safety protocols

Basic math skills

Lift up to 50 pounds consistently, stand through shifts

Other duties as assigned

Hours will be Mon – Fri 7am –4pm/Done Saturday As needed
