Hiring a Physical Therapist (PT)
Start: 4/27
Shift: Monday - Friday 8-4:30pm; weekends as needed
Must haves:
A B.S., M.S. or D.P.T. degree in Physical Therapy
BLS
Possession of a current New York State License in Physical Therapy.
Ability to physically lift and assist patients in hands on care.
Minimum of one year experience in Long Term Care/Home Care setting as Physical Therapy
Recent Home Care experience (within the last year)
