  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Duration: 13 weeks

  • Employment Type: Travel or Permanent

  • Hours: 36 hours/week

  • Compensation: $88/hour

Schedule

  • Full-time (36 hrs/week)

  • Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop PT treatment plans

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function

  • Implement gait training, strengthening, and transfer training

  • Monitor progress and update care plans

  • Document patient care accurately and timely

Requirements

  • Certification in Physical Therapy

  • Active California PT license (required)

  • SNF or rehab experience preferred

  • Strong clinical and communication skills
