Area Supervisor / Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across multiple locations.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing General Managers to build strong internal talent pipelines.
• Ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Leading from the floor: This is a 90% on-the-floor, in-restaurant role. You will be on your feet, working side-by-side with your teams to drive success.

• The "4 Walls" Trial: To prove your ability to manage under this specific organization’s expectations, you will be required to successfully run a single restaurant location for a temporary period (typically 1 to 3 months) before fully transitioning into managing the multi-unit patch.
• Physical Stamina: You must have the ability and desire to physically contribute on the restaurant floor daily. This is a high-stamina role!
• Credentials: You must be a Hamburger University (HU) graduate with dedicated multi-unit supervision experience within the last 3 years.

Qualifications

• Required: Hamburger University (HU) Graduate.
• Required: 3+ years of recent multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record of hitting financial targets (labor, food cost, P&L management).
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of developing and retaining great talent.
• Excellent communication skills and solid professional references.
