Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Vascular

Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $135,000–$145,000 + Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Setting: Outpatient

A growing outpatient vascular and lymphatic practice in San Antonio is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced APP or motivated new graduate interested in developing expertise in vascular, vein, lymphatic, and related conditions.

The ideal candidate is personable, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued, and comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients in an outpatient setting
• Perform medical histories and physical examinations
• Review diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses and treatment options
• Provide follow-up care and medication management
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff
• Complete accurate medical documentation
• Provide a high-quality patient experience

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas
• Current BLS or ACLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• EMR experience preferred
• Prior outpatient or private practice experience is a plus
• Relevant clinical experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
