CDL Driver

Kivort Steel is a full-service steel warehouse that has been operating in the capital district for 80 years. We are currently seeking a CDL A or B Driver to work on full time basis.

Some of the requirements for this position are:

-A clean and valid CDL A license

-Current DOT physical and Med Card

-Must pass a company physical and drug screening

-Basic computer skills and ELD experience

-Able to assist in loading and unloading of trucks/trailers

-Adhere to all safety rules and regulations

-Comply with all company policies and procedures

-Must be able to tarp and un-tarp loads in a safe manner

-Be capable of filling out required driving documentation

-Manage the truck and take ownership of its appearance/condition.

We serve NY, VT, MA, NJ, CT, & NH. This position does have a physical aspect to it so applicants need to be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs.
