We are looking for personable and hardworking individuals for the office of Matt Culligan - State Farm agency who are interested in having relationship oriented, value-based sales conversations in a non-call center environment. Although phone communication skills are necessary, this is not a call center environment. Instead, you will have the opportunity to meet with customers and develop relationships on a face-to-face basis. This could be the start of an exciting, challenging and fun career!

This position also provides the opportunity to enter into our 18 -24-month Agency Aspirant program to open your own agency and become a business owner. In this program you will be given the opportunity to learn how to manage a business firsthand while participating in our focused program to develop and enhance your skills and experiences to open your own agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary plus commission: $40,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year

License:
