Medical Assistant needed in busy Anti-Aging Wellness Clinic (Scottsdale and Mesa)
Practice focuses on Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss, and Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine.

Requirements:

• Phlebotomy Skills required
• Front office reception
• Medical assistant
• Customer service

Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Word / Excel
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to demonstrate a high level knowledge of our services to current / prospective patients
• Internet savvy

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Venipuncture skills necessary

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Must be a team player who enjoys working with customers and staff
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Fast learner, follows instructions, enjoys learning

Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Greeting and signing in patients
• Scheduling patient appointments and follow-up visits
• Answering phones, checking and returning messages
• Check patients out and record sales transactions
• Order lab work and follow up on lab visits for patients
