Inside Sales-Customer Service
Job Description
We’re an established Manufacturer of Survey, GNSS, and Construction Products. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service Professional.
Tasks:
Answering incoming sales lines
Taking sales orders via the telephone
Processing orders
Maintaining customer databases
Responding to customer service requests and providing timely follow-up
Qualifications:
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years prior inside sales/customer service and or related experience
Past positions have involved constant phone work
Customer Friendly and always providing professionalism
Good computer and writing skills
Ability to listen and follow direction from superiors
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and recordkeeping abilities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
This position may lead to advancement and higher wages for right individual. Candidates must work 100% at our offices. No remote work.
compensation: Commensurate with Experience - Base Salary + Future Commissions paid monthly (after probationary period)
