nside Sales / Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a highly motivated inside sales customer service representative to join our team. This role will focus on customer service to our existing and new customers, generating quotes, processing sales and purchase orders, data entry, inquiries, product troubleshooting, follow-up with our outside sales and service technicians, staying up to date on current/new product specifications and additional tasks as needed.

Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A team player as well as independent worker
Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Sales Order and Purchase Order entry
Mathematical proficiency
Ability to navigate a customer database
Learn new software programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive and professional demeanor
This role is full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
