Property Manager

We're Hiring: Property Manager for Mobile Home Park
Location: Blue Granite Estates Manufactured Housing Community in Florence, SC
Position Type: Full-Time

We're a family business of experienced mobile home park owner/operators that recently acquired a community we're actively working to improve make a great place for existing and future residents. We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to help oversee daily operations of this community and work alongside our vision to see it be a great place to live. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the mobile home community

• Manage rent collection, lease enforcement, and tenant communication

• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling

• Handle move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and park appearance

• Ensure compliance with local and state housing laws

• Maintain accurate records using prop management software

• Post notices and manage the eviction process when necessary

• Support community outreach and resident satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management (mobile home park experience a plus)

• Proficiency with RentManager software is preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
