What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience — you must be able to hit the ground running
• Proven track record of closing residential roofing contracts
• Experience managing production schedules and subcontractors
• Strong communication skills with homeowners and insurance adjusters
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

What You Will Do

• Generate your own roofing leads and close sales (storm, retail, or both)
• Manage jobs from signed contract through completion — coordinating schedules, materials, and crew
• Build relationships with homeowners and adjusters
• Be the face of Urban Exteriors in the field

Compensation

• Profit Sharing on every job you sell & manage
• No cap on earnings — you control your income
• Experienced closers can realistically earn $80,000–$150,000++++/yr

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone already trained who can start generating revenue quickly.
