Handyman

The Handyman will perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities. This role requires proficiency in general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and troubleshooting. The position involves independent work as well as collaboration within a maintenance team, with regular local travel to different sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed
• Carry out carpentry and painting jobs
• Troubleshoot facility issues and implement solutions
• Maintain clean and safe work sites
• Work independently and coordinate with the maintenance team
• Travel regularly to local job sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in general maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC basics, and painting
• Strong problem-solving abilities
