Assistant General Manager

Location: Glen Mills, PA
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for a growing, full-service restaurant concept.

What You'll Do

• Support all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Create schedules and manage labor to meet business goals.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, food and beverage costs, and operational controls.
• Monitor sales, labor, and overall restaurant performance.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure high service standards.
• Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant restaurant environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and guest relations.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Glen Mills, PA.
