Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time
Louisa, VA | Starting at $20.00/hour
Are you an experienced Direct Support Professional who enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? All Family Matters, Inc. is looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Lead DSP to join our team in Louisa, VA!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, supporting others in reaching their goals, and creating meaningful experiences that promote independence and community involvement.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least five (5) years of DSP experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Residential or Day Support experience preferred.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, writing, organization, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of person-centered services, safety supports, and skill-building.
- Dependable, flexible, and willing to work primarily evenings and weekends.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- First Aid/CPR and Medication Management certification preferred. Training can be provided if needed.
