Certified Medical Assistant with Current CMA/RMA--Rheumatology Clinic

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with a current certification and back office experience is needed at our thriving Rheumatology clinic. This position will include traditional back office duties including patient care, injections, and scheduling along with a focus on covering the busy triage phone line, managing patient calls, patient portal messages, and refill requests. This MA will also have the opportunity to function as a medical scribe, working alongside providers during patient visits. Front desk experience a plus. NextGen EMR experience a plus. Insurance experience a plus. Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience, preferably in the field of Rheumatology with knowledge of drugs and labs specific to the Rheumatology specialty.
