We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused team member to join our car wash team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our business—creating a welcoming experience for every customer while helping our team deliver fast, safe, and high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every guest.
• Greet customers warmly and treat everyone with professionalism and respect.
• Safely guide customers through each step of the car wash process.
• Keep the car wash, work areas, equipment, and customer areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Monitor vacuums, trash cans, and other facility areas to ensure they are maintained properly.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure their experience meets our standards.
• Perform a visual inspection of each vehicle before it enters the wash tunnel.
• Apply pre-wash and post-wash treatments as needed.
• Maintain proper wash speed and use safe, effective techniques throughout the wash process.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly, involving the Manager when necessary.
• Restock cleaning and operating supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards to management immediately.
• Follow all company safety and operating procedures.
• Explain our car wash services, membership options, packages, promotions, and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
• Recommend and upsell additional services, packages, and memberships when appropriate.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Enroll customers in promotional programs and collect phone numbers with their permission.

• Previous experience in customer service, automotive, retail, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive physical activities such as bending, squatting, reaching, and walking.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
