Firehouse Subs is hiring Crew Members
This role is best for someone who is dependable, friendly with guests, comfortable working at a fast pace, and able to help during evening and weekend shifts. Open availability is strongly preferred.
What you'll do:
- Greet guests and deliver friendly, accurate service
- Prepare subs and other menu items to Firehouse Subs standards
- Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Stock, rotate, and prep food products
- Keep the line, dining room, and back-of-house clean and organized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment procedures
- Work closely with shift leaders and managers to keep the team moving
What we're looking for:
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Strong customer-service attitude and teamwork
- Ability to stand, move quickly, and handle a busy rush
- Food service, retail, or cash-handling experience is helpful but not required
Pay: based on experience, availability, and performance.
