Job Description
Warehouse Associate — Full-Time
Location: Ocean, NJ
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, daytime warehouse schedule
We are a growing e-commerce company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our Amazon FBA and online retail operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, comfortable using a computer, and takes pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
Receive and organize incoming packages and inventory
Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and sellability
Prepare products for resale, including packaging clothing, creating bundles, and applying protective packaging when needed
Label products accurately for Amazon FBA and internal inventory processes
Create and process Amazon FBA shipments using the 2D Workflow system
Process customer returns, inspect returned items, and document their condition
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area
Help with inventory organization, counts, and other warehouse tasks as needed
Follow established procedures and communicate issues promptly when products, labels, or shipments do not match expectations
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow repeatable processes accurately
Basic-to-intermediate computer skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including entering data, sorting/filtering, and maintaining organized spreadsheets
Ability to work independently while staying productive and accountable
Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Prior warehouse, retail, e-commerce, Amazon FBA, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
No forklift certification or special equipment experience required
Compensation & Benefits
$16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated skills
