NP/PA – Physiatry & Pain Management (SNF) — Part-Time, 1099

Myrtle Health is growing, and we're looking for a part-time NP or PA with physiatry and pain management experience to join our clinical team at a skilled nursing facility.
What you'll do:
- Treat patients at one designated skilled nursing facility
- Write care plans, manage pain, spasticity, and mobility issues for patients recovering from stroke, surgery, and other conditions
- Work alongside therapy teams to help patients regain function and independence
- Collaborate with each patient's care team
What we're looking for:
- NP/PA license, active in Virginia
- Experience in physiatry and/or pain management
- Comfortable working independently
- Great attitude, strong communication skills
Details:
- Part-time, 1099 independent contractor
- Pay: Starting at $75.00/hour
- Flexible daytime schedule (around 9 AM–4 PM), weekdays only, no evenings or weekends
