An Optician / Optical Sales professional plays a key role in assisting customers with their eyewear needs, ensuring proper fitting and lens selection for optimal vision and style. This role combines personalized customer service with technical expertise to provide high-quality optical products and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their eyewear needs and preferences
• Fit and adjust eyeglasses and contact lenses for optimal comfort and vision
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate lenses and frames
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Educate customers about lens options, coatings, and eyewear care
• Manage orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in optical sales or opticianry
