Kitchen Team Member

Gyro Gyro is coming to East Atlanta Village! We're opening our second location in the Southern Feed Store food hall, and we're putting together a team for opening day. Responsibilities

• Quickly learn the kitchen system and ensure a quality product is consistently prepared
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Effectively and safely be able to use fryers and grills
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• 4+ years of kitchen experience or Back of the House experience preferred
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable source of transportation
