Territory Sales Manager

Join Shula New York, a 10-time award-winning fine jewelry design house based in New York City. For over 25 years, we’ve been known for our stunning diamond, color-stone, and nautical collections. Our collection is distributed to high end retailers through out North America.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for motivated, polished, and energetic sales professionals who are ready to hit the road and represent one of the most admired brands in designer jewelry. This role offers exceptional earning potential and the chance to grow with an established, creative company.

What You’ll Do:

Travel throughout your assigned territory visiting retail jewelers

Present our award-winning line and open new accounts

Build lasting relationships with buyers and store owners

Travel about 9 months per year, including overnight stays (up to 4 nights/week)

What You’ll Need:

Proven sales experience — jewelry or luxury goods a big plus

Great communication and presentation skills

A reliable car and a love for travel

A self-starter mindset with strong closing skills

Open Territories: Midwest • Northeast • TOLA • Carolinas

Compensation:

High-commission structure with unlimited income potential.
