Sales & Customer Service Associate

YogaSix New Tampa is seeking a Wellness Advisor to join our growing team! This role is responsible for successfully assisting customers by ensuring a welcoming environment to practice yoga and providing product and service information to current members and prospective members. Additional duties include light cleaning and sales communications.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers before and after classes
• Work sales leads & sell membership packages & retail
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Previous experience in customer service and sales in the fitness industry
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Reliability and consistency
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
