Utilizing common accounting software, this role handles a moderate volume of billing transactions while providing essential billing support to customers and maintaining account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices accurately and timely
  • Track payments and update account statuses
  • Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies
  • Support customers with billing inquiries
  • Manage billing software efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of billing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with billing software such as QuickBooks or SAP
