Experienced Licensed Community Association Manager - Portfolio Manager (LCAM)

Palm Beach Gardens / West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time | In Office


Are you an experienced Florida Licensed Community Association Manager looking to join a professional and growing property management company?


We are seeking a seasoned portfolio manager with a minimum of three (3) years of direct community association management experience.


The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with a can-do attitude who is confident managing a portfolio of communities, leading Board meetings, utilizing technology efficiently, and fostering strong relationships with Boards, homeowners, and vendors.


Qualifications

  • Active Florida LCAM License (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years experience being a lead property manager
  • Experience independently managing multiple communities
  • Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes and HOA/Condominium governing documents
  • Experience preparing for and conducting Board, Budget, and Annual Meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
  • Professional, confident, and solutions-oriented


Candidates should be comfortable using technology on a daily basis, including:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Outlook
  • Vantaca (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and systems


Responsibilities

  • Lead Property Manager for community associations assigned
  • Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting materials
  • Attend and lead Board Meetings
  • Advise Boards on operational, maintenance, and compliance matters
  • Coordinate vendors and oversee community projects
  • Conduct on-site property inspections
  • Track violations, work orders, and resident requests
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida law
  • Build positive working relationships with Boards, homeowners, and contractors
