General Manager – High-Volume 24-Hour QSR
A high-volume, 24-hour Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) located in a high-traffic Hagerstown travel plaza is seeking an experienced General Manager to maintain operational excellence and support rapid business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• 24/7 Store Operations: Lead all daily operations for a 24-hour location, ensuring high standards for food quality, speed of service, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness across morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Performance Growth: Drive operational efficiency to maintain and build upon a 12% increase in sales and customer count.
• Financial Management: Oversee store P&L, food costs, waste reduction, labor budgeting, inventory controls, and cash management procedures.
• Team Leadership & Scheduling: Recruit, train, and retain crew members and shift leaders while creating balanced schedules for round-the-clock coverage.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce local health department regulations, food safety standards, ServSafe guidelines, and travel center property policies.

Position Requirements

• QSR Leadership Experience: 2–4+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environment (travel plaza or 24/7 operation experience preferred).
• Operational Agility: Proven capability to manage round-the-clock shift structures and handle peak travel rush periods.
• Financial Acumen: Demonstrated history of managing labor percentages, food costs, and overall P&L accountability.
• Certifications: Valid ServSafe Manager certification or ability to acquire it prior to hire.
• Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays to support a 24-hour facility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
