Responsibilities Include:

• Managing front-of-house operations and team performance
• Creating and maintaining FOH staff schedules
• Ordering inventory and managing vendor relationships
• Ensuring excellent guest experiences and service standards
• Training, coaching, and motivating staff
• Assisting with daily operations and problem-solving in real time
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling and labor management
• Knowledge of ordering, inventory control, and restaurant systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
