Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, warm-hearted, and dedicated Caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with people and brings patience, understanding, and empathy to their work every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, exercising, meal prep)

• Help with safe mobility and transfers

• Medication reminders (non-medical)

• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Maintain accurate daily care reports

• Deliver care with empathy, respect, and professionalism

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed 9th grade education and able to read and write clearly

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, facility, or family caregiving accepted)

• Must be an empathetic, patient, and caring individual

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Must pass a background check

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs when assisting clients
