General Construction Labor

The General Construction Laborer will support various construction projects by performing essential tasks such as material handling, demolition, equipment operation, and site cleanup. This role involves collaborating closely with the construction manager and working as part of a team on mixed project types, often requiring frequent travel to multiple sites. Safety compliance and following instructions are critical components of this position to maintain a productive and secure work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport construction materials efficiently and safely
• Perform demolition work as directed by supervisors
• Operate construction equipment following safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of construction sites
• Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations
• Follow instructions from the construction manager and site supervisors
• Conduct basic repairs and assist skilled trades as needed
