Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to Fox’s quality standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take and accurately process orders using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate effectively as part of a larger team
- Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance in all tasks
- Handle cash transactions responsibly
- Assist with inventory management
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience

As a Food Service Team Member, you will report to the store manager and work under the shift supervisor, functioning within a supportive team structure. There are no travel requirements for this role. You will have opportunities for promotion, cross-training in multiple roles, and regular performance feedback. Team members primarily use POS and kitchen technologies alongside manual order processing methods.
