Construction General Labor - Commercial

We are hiring dependable Construction General Laborers to support a commercial project in Sterling, VA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment and are ready to start immediately.

Location: Sterling, VA
Duration: 3–6 Month Assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform site cleanup, composite clean-up, and maintain a safe, organized work area
• Move heavy materials and supplies throughout the job site
• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
• Support daily construction operations as directed by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required
• Have PPE

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time hours with potential overtime
• Competitive hourly pay
• Weekly pay available
