Lawn Service Technician / Crew Member – Seasonal

Team Buckeye LLC is hiring now through November for the Toledo area. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in quality work and shows up ready to go.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial lawn mowers, blowers, and weed eaters safely and efficiently
• Maintain and care for equipment
• Drive company truck with trailer to and from job sites
• Back up truck and trailer as needed (tight driveways, loading areas, etc.)
• Perform lawn care and property maintenance to company standards
• Work well independently and as part of a crew

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating commercial lawn equipment preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a truck pulling a trailer, including backing up
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job site/shop
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Details:

• Seasonal position — hiring now through November
• Toledo, OH area
• 40–55 hours/week, with overtime pay
• Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
