Position Overview
The General Laborer will support daily operations in the manufacturing facility by performing a wide variety of hands-on tasks. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient and safe work environment and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support welders, fabricators, and machine operators with daily production tasks.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the shop, work areas, and equipment.
• Handle packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipping or delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
• Assist in basic assembly and production tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and production schedules.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Forklift experience (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and working on feet for extended periods.
