We are seeking to add a Basic Bookkeeping and Retail Associate position to our team! In a Retail/Wholesale environment, you will be responsible for accurate order entry, file maintenance, record keeping, completing Retail & Wholesale transactions also Basic Bookkeeping transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Company procedures are followed
- Enter a variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review discrepancies in data received with supervisors
- Assist with monthly inventories
- Enter orders and customer service
Qualifications:
- Punctual, outgoing & team oriented
- Previous experience in data entry or other fields is a plus
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft & Apple Platforms
- Customer service experience is required
