Registered Nurse - Clinic!

Fantastic Little Rock Specialty Clinic is looking for a RN for a New Physician in the Little Rock Clinic.

Will take Patients back, Chart to EMR, Prepare for in-office Procedures, follow up, return Patient Phone Calls Plus!
Will travel to Arkadelphia twice a month, and Hot Springs Clinic once a month!
Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm! Great Group/Benefits/Perks! No weekends or On-Call! Permanent Position!

Cardiology experience Preferred! Top $$ for Clinic experience!

The Clinic Nurse provides direct patient care in a clinical setting, supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient care. This role includes patient assessment, treatment assistance, education, and clinic operations support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients by taking vital signs, medical histories, and documenting symptoms
• Assist physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and procedures
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
• Perform basic clinical procedures
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and follow-up instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in electronic health systems
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers promptly
• Ensure infection control standards and clinic safety protocols are followed
• Manage clinic supplies, equipment, and medication inventory
• Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
• Respond to medical emergencies within the clinic according to protocol

Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN, as applicable)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards
