Job Description
HTF Staffing is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time elementary school opportunity at Keller Elementary School in Tinley Park, Illinois.
Position Details
- Location: Keller Elementary School, Tinley Park, Illinois
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:40 a.m.–2:40 p.m.
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: October 31, 2026
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
- Alternative schedules may be considered if needed.
- On-site position — remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
Responsibilities
- Support a current caseload of 3 Kindergarten and 2 First Grade students.
- Provide specialized instruction in a self-contained instructional setting (not a multi-needs classroom).
- Implement and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and student progress.
- Collaborate with a strong team of special education teachers and school staff.
- Utilize instructional materials, resources, and paraeducator support.
Qualifications
- Illinois LBS1 certification required
- Special Education teaching experience preferred.
- Elementary school experience preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
