General Laborer

Job Description

We are currently hiring Production Associates to work in an industrial laundry facility serving the healthcare industry. This position is located in Clifton, New Jersey.

Employees will work in the clean laundry department, handling sheets, blankets, linens, and other healthcare laundry products.

Responsibilities include:

• Feeding clean linens into steaming and ironing machines
• Operating or assisting with folding equipment
• Folding and organizing clean linens
• Packing finished linens for distribution
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Work Environment

This is an industrial laundry facility. The work area can become very warm/hot due to steam and industrial laundry equipment. Candidates must be comfortable working in this type of environment and standing for extended periods.

Available Shifts

1st Shift:
5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $16.00/hour

2nd Shift:
1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $16.50/hour

Requirements

• No English required
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working around heat and steam
• Must be able to perform repetitive production tasks
• Candidates will complete a phone screening with the manager
