SPANISH BILINGUAL SALES REP

Salary Range : $45,000.00 to $85,000.00 first year for Top Producer

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born full time Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Our TOP PERFORMERS make over $85,000+ a year! Qualifying individual we offer a $ 1000.00 signed up Bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
• Must have Property and Casualty for top pay.
• Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
• Successful sales background
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold star
