Threes Lead Teacher

Duties
- Develop and implement curriculum for students in a classroom setting
- Provide special education services to students with diverse learning needs
- Work closely with students to educate and support their academic and social development
- Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to ensure the success of each student
- Advocate for the well-being and welfare of students, ensuring their safety and emotional support
-Ensure classroom are cleaned and well maintained.

Experience
- Experience working with students in an educational setting preferred but not required.
-Knowledge of childhood development and educational best practices
- Proficient in behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment

High School Diploma or GED

· Satisfy the mandatory physical and background checks as required by state and company regulations

· Possess skills, attributes and characteristics conducive to and suitable for dealing with children

· Willing to attend staff/parent events and complete training classes as required by state regulations
