Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming dining experience
- Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments at the point of sale (POS)
- Take customer orders efficiently and relay them to kitchen staff
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and cashier station
- Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, and front-line inventory as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment during peak hours
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
- Previous cashier, food service, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus
