Must Have Dental Experience . The Dental Office Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and team
performance of the dental practice. This role acts as the bridge between ownership, clinical
providers, and the administrative team, ensuring that systems, people, and processes work
together to deliver an exceptional patient experience while meeting production, collection, and
growth goals.
