Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid (10271)

About the Role

An independent insurance agency seeks an experienced customer service professional to join their team as Personal Lines Account Manager. They are rapidly growing and need someone who can immediately assume a portfolio of home, auto, umbrella, and other personal risk coverage, some placed with standard carriers and others that write high value properties for affluent clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• You’ll oversee the full account lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to working with existing insureds on renewals
• Throughout the year you ensure inquiries and policy requests are addressed in a timely and accurate way
• You’ll audit files and watch for coverage changes where there may be gaps, giving you an opportunity to share new products and coverage enhancements with clients

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in client service with responsibilities for policy management and working directly with underwriters and clients on coverage issues
• Active insurance license
