About the job:

Growing Sacramento CPA firm has immediate opening for tax manager with 6 years of experience. Successful candidate should have in-depth knowledge of individual, partnership and corporate tax and be able to immediately commence reviewing complex tax returns and mentoring staff.

 Review comprehensive federal and multi-state tax returns including tax projections for corporations,

partnerships, estates, trusts and high net worth individuals.

 Review sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, business property tax statements, business license renewals for clients.

 Plans and supervise the preparation of compiled/reviewed financial statement engagements.

 Research and plan various tax issues, including analysis of new tax laws and proposed legislation.

 Provide quality and timely services to clients.

 Represent clients in federal and state audits.

 Supervise and mentor staff.
