Industrial Supply Delivery & Service Tech

The Industrial Supply Delivery & Service Technician is essential in ensuring timely, safe delivery of industrial supplies within local city limits. Working in a small team and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role requires managing daily delivery routes using company vehicles, maintaining delivery equipment, diagnose and repair nail guns and providing exceptional customer service. The technician also supports warehouse duties and responds to urgent delivery requests, leveraging mechanical knowledge and entry-level forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery operations along daily local routes using company vehicles
• Maintain and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on delivery equipment
• Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Plan and optimize routes for timely deliveries
• Load and unload supplies safely, utilizing forklift as needed
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Support inventory management and warehouse duties
• Handle occasional emergency or urgent deliveries

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in industrial supply delivery
• Valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Entry-level forklift operation experience
• Route planning experience
