Lawn Maintenance Tech
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team in Richfield, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the curb appeal and health of our clients' outdoor spaces through professional landscaping and lawn care services.
Key Responsibilities
Mowing & Edging: Perform professional-grade mowing, string trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a clean, manicured look.
Detailing: Clear debris from flower beds, prune shrubs, and perform seasonal cleanups (leaf removal, etc.).
Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including zero-turn mowers, blowers, and trimmers.
Chemical Application: Assist with or perform fertilizer and weed control applications as needed.
Site Maintenance: Ensure all walkways, driveways, and patios are clear of grass clippings and debris before leaving a job site.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in professional landscaping or lawn maintenance is preferred but not required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are highly preferred.
