- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Document Preparation:
- Draft and manage contracts, legal documents, and project proposals.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all business documents.

Project Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating property management and construction projects.
- Support the development team with research and project management tasks.

Financial Administration:
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with the law firm on financial and legal matters.

Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in preparing documentation for property and title services.

Future Development:
- Support the establishment of the new title company and estate management services.
- Conduct market research and analysis in preparation for new business ventures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multi-faceted business environment.
- Familiarity with property management, construction, or legal services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
