We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and well-being. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage employees
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
